Email Scrubber Calculator Lightning Page
The Email Scrubber Calculator lightning pages provides a summary of your current data storage footprint and an analysis of the potential savings when leveraging Email Scrubber.
Activation
The Email Scrubber Calculator is included in your Email Scrubber installation via the Email Scrubber app.
If providing access to individuals other than the default installation, you may also need to assign the Email Scrubber Calculator permission set to the appropriate users.
Query
The Query section of Email Scrubbers allows you to define how you wish to retrieve your email message data storage.
If you are running Email Scrubber for the first time, use the Base query. This will retrieve all email messages related to case and group the results by the MessageDate.
Clicking the Run Query button will execute the query and display the results in the Results and Query Results section.
Results
Clicking the Run Query button will execute the query and display the results in the Results and Query Results section.
The results section will provide a high level overview of your existing email message data storage and the potential savings from an Email Scrubber implementation.
The Query Results section provide a break down of the high level results by month and year.

uncheck the archive checkbox to remove it from the Results calculations
For example, running Email Scrubber for the all Email Messages, would result in an overall data storage reduction of 96.33%. We can uncheck January 2025 and see that would result in an overall data storage reduction of 91.73%.
Data Storage
For a complete picture of the potential data storage savings, enter the data storage section.

Navigate to Setup > Data > Storage Usage

Copy the values in Data Storage Limit and Data Storage Used

Populate these values into the Email Scrubber Calculate Data Storage section
