Email Search for Compliance & Discovery
For compliance, audit, or investigative needs, you may need to locate an email message that exists either in its original state or in its archived form. To support this, Email Scrubber includes a built‑in Email Search tool.
This provides a straightforward way to search across both live and archived email records.
Notice
This feature is designed as an administrator utility. While it can be added to page layouts, you must ensure that your archive objects are protected with the correct object‑level, field‑level, and record‑level security. Without proper security controls, this tool could expose email content to users who should not have access to it.
Email Scrubber Email Search
By default, the Email Search page is available in the Email Scrubber App.
Simply enter your search criteria and click Search to retrieve matching email message records.
