Email View LWC

The Email View LWC provides a combined view of your current Email Message records and Archived Email Message records.

Activation

  • Navigate to your Case Record page

  • Edit Page

  • Find EmailMessagePlusArchive Under Custom - Managed

  • Drag the component onto the page layout

  • Save

  • Add the Consolidated Email View LWC permission set to provide access

Review the Display

Once added to the page layout, the EmailMessagePlusArchive will display a consolidated view of Email Message Records and the Archived Email Message records.

Compact Summary

Each email will be listed with its compact summary.

Configuration Options

The compact summary includes the following configuration options:

  • Email Icon

  • Collapse Icon

  • Expand Icon

  • Incoming Icon

  • Outgoing Icon

Drilling into the email message record reveals additional information available in tabs.

Email Tab

The email tab provides a view of the entire email message and the ability to view the email message or archived email message record.

Headers Tab (Optional)

The Headers tab provides a view of the email headers.

Configuration Options

The Headers tab includes the following configuration options:

  • Include Headers - If checked, the headers tab is available. If unchecked, the headers do not appear.

  • Headers Icon

Archive Tab (Optional)

The Archive tab provides additional information about the archived record. This tab only appears for archived records.

The Archive tab includes the following configuration options:

  • Include Archive Data - If checked (and the record is an archived email), the archive tab is available. If unchecked, the archive tab does not appear.

  • Archive Icon

Spam Tab (Optional)

The Spam tab provides Spam confidence and Bulk confidence information about the email.

  • Include Spam Data - If checked, the spam tab is available. If unchecked, the spam tab does not appear.

  • Spam Icon

  • Spam Tolerance

  • Bulk Tolerance

Files Tab (Optional)

The Files tab provides File/Attachment information.
