File Wipe - Apex Trigger

The File Wipe functionality can be executed in real time. As an email is processed within your instance, the email attachments will be evaluated (and purged/renamed depending on the configuration).

The apex triggers are controlled by the EmailMessageTrigger File Wipe Rule.

Permission Sets

Depending on your specific implementation, permission sets may need to be assigned to enabled access to the EmailToFlow__FileWipeFile__c object. This data enables the File Wipe functionality.

File Wipe - All

Provides complete Read/Write/Delete access and will be required for anyone maintain the File Wipe library.

File Wipe - Read

Provides Read access and is required for user execute the File Wipe functionality. Depending on the implementation, this will be required for the running user.
