Email Display LWC

The Email Scrubber Display LWC provides a visual representation of your email thread (after the Redundant Detection Batch has been run). This LWC can be useful when evaluating the Email Scrubber application.

Activation

  • Navigate to your Case Record page

  • Edit Page

  • Find EmailScrubberDisplay Under Custom - Managed

  • Drag the component onto the page layout

  • Save
