Production comes down to two main steps: get installed and verified, then bring the system current with your historical data. Once that catch-up is done, configuration narrows to ongoing changes only
INSTALL AND VERIFY
Install in Production
Get Email Scrubber and running in the production environment.
Confirm the setup holds before anything real depends on it.
Install Email Scrubber in production.
Perform the setup.
Run a small set of data to confirm the setup is compete.
CATCH UP
Run remediation
Remediation is the process of catching the system up with your historical data. This is a one-time run that brings production in line with your new archiving policies.
STEADY STATE
Migration to steady state
Redo the configuration for running in steady state (identifying new archive records in a rolling forward manner).
